Current assignment - Facilities Operations oversight of Corporate Data Centers, Selected field operations centers and critical facilities infrastructure for large company owned facilities.
1988- Began career with State Farm insurance in Building Design and Construction (BD&C- now Facilities Management) as a construction specialist. 1996 moved to Alpharetta, Ga. to lead the opening of the new data center. 1999 lead the implementation effort for installation of a new CMMS for the organization. 2005 assumed responsibilities for facilities operations of Corporate Data Centers and selected field insurance operations centers. 2007 moved to Facilities Management as Staff Director for Architectural Design, Engineering and Construction work on owned buildings. 2009 returned to current assignment with critical facilities infrastructure.Prior to State Farm, Ron was in the facilities management areas of commercial restaurants and residential construction.
Graduate of Western Illinois University
Holds the IFMA CFM designation, Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facility Management Administrator (FMA), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) and Master Facility Executive designations from BOMI.
Holds the FLMI and INS insurance designations.

Jack Moody, CFM, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, is a 1989 charter member and Founding President of the Central Illinois Chapter of IFMA. He is the Director of Facilities Management for McLean County, Illinois. Jack has 35 years experience in construction, facilities and utilities management in Central Illinois.
Jack's hobbies are writing and he has authored two books and numerous articles.

Position: Facilities Specialist,

Steve is a Facilities Specialist/Subject Matter Expert in State Farm's Facilities Management Department responsible for all State Farm facilities. His areas of expertise are cleaning, cleaning contracts, interior maintenance and flooring specifications. He is a member of IFMA, ISSA and serves on the End-User Advisory Council for Invista, National Floor Safety Institute Board and is chairman of the ANSI B101.1 committee.
Steve teaches the General Maintenance School and provides training and consulting for State Farm's underwriting and claims departments.
Steve has written articles for numerous industry publications has been a speaker for many organizations including ISSA, National Safety Council Congress, IFMA, NeoCon, TFM, NFM&T, APPA, and Facilities Midwest.
Steve was named the 2006 Person of the Year by Cleaning & Maintenance Management magazine and was presented with the 2006 Directors Award by NFSI.

Patrick has worked within many facility groups in his nine years at State Farm. These have included safety and security, data center electrical operations and maintenance, and currently off-shift general maintenance operations. Prior to State Farm Patrick worked in residential and commercial construction.
Patrick is a new member of our local IFMA, starting last year, and is looking forward to serving our area chapter for years to come.

John has been in the Administrative Services department within State Farm Insurance for over 18 years. Much of this experience has included leadership assignments in either Field or Operations Center maintenance. John moved to Bloomington in 1999 as a Superintendent at Corporate South. John is proud to be the first Certified Facilities Manager within State Farm.
A native of Texas, John earned his BBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
