The Central Illinois Chapter of IFMA is involved in our community. From supporting local non-profit organizations to helping fund the IFMA Foundation for Research, Scholarships and Eduction, the Central Illinois Chapter is active in ways which benefit others and advance various worthwhile causes. Below are but a few examples of ways we have been involved in the past, continue to be involved and offer ways for you to be involved also.

Every year CIC-IFMA offers a $ 1,000.00 scholarship to local and regional college students for qualified studies in the field of Facilities Management or The Built Environment such as Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and Construction Maintenance. CIC-IFMA is involved in various initiatives and charities either at the local level or associated with the IFMA National Organization.
CIC-IFMA Honored the recently retired IFMA National President and CEO, Dave Brady, by contributing to the IFMA Foundation. (All funds are being donated to the charity of CEO Brady's choice.) CIC-IFMA Donated $ 1000.00 of the $ 6,000.00 needed by the Home Sweet Home Mission, a shelter for homeless and displaced individuals in Bloomington, IL., to replace a piece of worn-out kitchen equipment critical to their Christmas Meal.
